Eke Marketplace Vendor Policy
Welcome to Eke Marketplace! We’re excited to have you onboard as a vendor. This document outlines the terms, conditions, and policies that govern your relationship with our platform. Please read carefully before listing your products.
Eke Marketplace charges a 10% commission on every successful product sale.
The commission is deducted automatically before vendor payout.
All customer payments are processed via Stripe.
Vendors are responsible for covering Stripe’s transaction fees, which are deducted along with the commission.
Vendors are required to ship their sold goods to our designated warehouse upon order placement of 12 hours ago.
Eke Marketplace will handle the final delivery to the customer.
Vendors are responsible for the cost of shipping their items to our warehouse.
Vendors must not ship items directly to customers.
All items received at our warehouse are subject to quality inspection.
Products that do not meet our standards will be rejected and returned to the vendor (at the vendor's cost or pick-up).
Items must be packaged securely and accurately labeled before delivery to our warehouse.
Payments to vendors are made after a successful delivery and no return initiated within 7 to 14 days post-delivery.
If a customer initiates a return within this period, payment to the vendor will be held until the return process is completed and product condition is verified.
To maintain consistency and professionalism across the marketplace, vendors must adhere to the following rules when uploading products:
✅ Upload Requirements:
Clear, high-quality images (minimum 3 angles, white background preferred).
Accurate product titles, descriptions, and specifications.
Correct stock quantity and pricing.
Use the correct category and tags.
Avoid duplicate listings of the same product.
❌ Prohibited Actions:
Listing counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe items.
Uploading misleading or false information.
Using watermarked or low-quality images.
Including personal contact details or external links in product descriptions.
Vendors are expected to keep stock quantities up to date at all times.
Failure to fulfill orders due to stock-outs will result in penalties or suspension.
All communications with customers must be through Eke Marketplace support.
Vendors must not contact customers directly.
Your account may be suspended or terminated for:
Repeated failure to deliver products to our warehouse on time.
Providing substandard or incorrect items.
Violating product upload rules.
Attempting to bypass marketplace policies (e.g., direct selling, avoiding commissions).
By registering as a vendor on Eke Marketplace, you agree to all the policies stated above and any future revisions made to improve the platform.
