  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Certain products (see Non-Returnable Items below) are not eligible for returns.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, manuals, or freebies (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or transaction ID) must be provided.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, herbs, spices).

  • Intimate or personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, undergarments).

  • Customized, handmade, or personalized items.

  • Digital downloads or digital products.

💰 Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

🔄 Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
  • If you need a different size, color, or variation, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.

  • If the return is due to a vendor error (wrong item, defective product, damaged goods), the seller will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s preference (wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Log into your account and go to My Orders.

  • Select the item you want to return and click Request Return.

  • Provide the reason for return and upload photos (if applicable).

  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
