Return & Refund Policy
At Eke Marketplace, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent Return & Refund Policy that balances customer satisfaction with vendor protection.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
Certain products (see Non-Returnable Items below) are not eligible for returns.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
The item must be in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, manuals, or freebies (if applicable).
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or transaction ID) must be provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, herbs, spices).
Intimate or personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, undergarments).
Customized, handmade, or personalized items.
Digital downloads or digital products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
- If you need a different size, color, or variation, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
If the return is due to a vendor error (wrong item, defective product, damaged goods), the seller will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to buyer’s preference (wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Log into your account and go to My Orders.
Select the item you want to return and click Request Return.
Provide the reason for return and upload photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
